Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year in healthcare or customer service setting.
• Experience with computers and medical terminology; good writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify demographic and financial information for accurate billing and records.
• Register patients in the Emergency Department and collect signatures.
• Maintain professional communication with patients and departments.
• Assist in training staff and managing registration workflow.
• Ensure proper consent, ID and insurance card handling.
