Job summary

Advocate Aurora Health, Inc. is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN to join the WI Resource Team. This role supports multiple hospitals and units, providing adaptable, high‑quality patient care during weekend shifts.

You will use evidence‑based practice, participate in safety initiatives, and maintain documentation in the EHR while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in the state(s) served.
• BLS, ACLS, TNCC, PALS required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engages in quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Applies the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement and evaluate care.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts plans, collaborates with the care team.
• Maintains accurate EHR documentation and promotes safety.
• May float to other units within the service area as needed.
• Demonstrates professional communication and ethical practice.
