Job summary

Advocate Aurora Health, Inc. is seeking a Weekend Program Emergency Department RN to provide high-quality care across multiple units within the Wisconsin division.

The role requires an accredited nursing program completion, an active RN license, and certification in BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and PALS. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of ED experience and be able to adapt to diverse clinical settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing education program.
• Active RN license with state privileges to practice in the intended area.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS, TNCC, and PALS per unit requirements.

Responsibilities

• Engage in unit councils and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement and evaluate care.
• Monitor patient conditions, adjust care plans, and collaborate with the care team.
• Uphold a culture of safety and ensure timely EHR documentation.
• May float to other units or facilities within the service area as needed.
