Job summary

Advocate Aurora Health is seeking a part-time Emergency Department RN with 2 years of ED experience to join the Wisconsin network. This self-scheduled role operates on a 6-week cycle with 12-hour shifts and a fixed $50.00 hourly pay range. Required are BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC and an active WI RN license.

Responsibilities include applying evidence-based care, documenting in the EHR, collaborating with the care team, and maintaining safety standards, with occasional float to multiple sites as needed.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in Wisconsin (or multi-state) and in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage in professional governance and quality initiatives to improve care.
• Use nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation and ensure patient safety.
