Job summary

• RN required (per state)
• BLS certification required
• Experience in ED setting preferred
• Must be fluent in English (read, verbal and written)
• Hospital policies and procedures familiarity

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across physiological and psychosocial factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans; regularly evaluate and revise.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in medical records.
• Evaluate care outcomes and adjust plans accordingly.
• Ensure infection control and safety compliance.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families.
• Supervise care provided by nursing team.
