Qualifications

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
Develop and implement individualized care plans and regularly evaluate progress.
Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and protocols.
Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care.
Coordinate with medical staff to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
Maintain accurate documentation in the medical record and ensure data quality.
Evaluate care plans and adjust interventions to improve outcomes.
Ensure infection control and safety standards are met.
Provide emotional support and therapeutic communication to patients and families.
Supervise care provided by team members and participate in performance improvement.
Respond to code situations promptly and effectively.
