Job summary

AdventHealth in Denver, CO is seeking an ED Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive patient assessments, develop care plans, and deliver safe, evidence-based treatments in a fast-paced emergency department. Night shift opportunities with a strong multidisciplinary team.

Required: RN license, BLS, 1 year ED experience, Associate degree in Nursing; BSN preferred, English fluency, and basic computer skills. Eligible candidates may access relocation, sign-on bonuses, and clinical ladder

Qualifications

Proven RN licensure and BLS certification.
Minimum 1 year of ED RN experience.
Associates degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
Fluency in English with strong communication.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Windows-based systems.
Knowledge of EKG and patient monitoring.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, and spiritual factors.
Develop and implement individualized care plans and regularly reassess progress.
Administer medications and treatments per orders, monitoring for adverse reactions.
Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care.
Collaborate with medical staff and units to coordinate and optimize care.
