Job summary

AdventHealth in Littleton, CO is seeking an experienced RN for the Emergency Department. The role involves comprehensive patient assessments, developing care plans, medication administration, patient education, and collaboration with the clinical team in a night shift setting.

Requirements include an Associate's degree in Nursing, RN license (BLS), and at least 1 year of RN ED experience; Bachelor's degree preferred. Relocation and sign-on bonuses may be available.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental and social factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and update them as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and monitor for adverse effects.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and self-care strategies.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
