Qualifications

• ACLS/PALS within 6 months of hire; stroke training annually.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate patient flow and supervision on shift.
• Create nursing assignments considering acuity and staff level.
• Collaborate with ED teams to expedite tests and services.
• Maintain compliance with DOH, TJC and hospital policy.
• Support staff development and participate in evaluations.
