Job summary

HCA Florida Westside Hospital in Plantation, FL is seeking an experienced ED Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) / ED Charge RN to lead nursing care during your shift. You will collaborate with the management team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and to support clinical outcomes across the unit.

You will participate in staff development, scheduling, and process improvement initiatives while reinforcing a patient-first philosophy.

Qualifications

• Advanced life support certifications required within 30 days of start date.
• RN license active and in good standing.
• 2–3 years of ED RN experience preferred.
• Associate Degree in Nursing required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admissions and discharges to ensure throughput and quality care.
• Monitor and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with management.
• Lead staff and coordinate scheduling and staffing needs.
• Support inventory, supplies, and equipment management.
• Promote patient-first care and participate in service improvement.
