BARNES‑JEWISH HOSPITAL is seeking a Team Lead Charge Nurse for the Emergency Department. You will provide clinical and operational leadership, coordinate unit activities during shifts, support frontline staff, and serve as a clinical resource to the nursing team. At least 2 years of nursing experience is required.

The role offers a $15,000 sign‑on bonus with a Full‑Time night shift schedule of three 12‑hour shifts per week, in a fast‑paced ED environment within Missouri’s largest hospital system.

Formación

• RN license required.
• Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree.
• 2–5 years of nursing experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate daily Emergency Department operations on assigned shifts.
• Provide direct patient care as needed and support complex clinical decision‑making.
• Serve as a clinical resource, mentor, and coach to nursing and support staff.
• Maintain a safe, efficient, and collaborative work environment.
