Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• Current RN Pennsylvania state license required.
• Current BLS required or obtained by orientation.
• ACLS required or obtained by orientation if Applicable to Area of Practice.
• Previous ER experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provides guidance and direction to staff through rounding and interactions.
• Coaches staff to ensure compliance and performance.
• Oversees the delegation of patient assignments and clinical care at the unit level.
• Promotes a professional practice environment in line with standards.
• Develops, implements and assesses unit policies and procedures.
• Supports staff performance management with observation and documentation.
