Job summary

The position is full-time at 0.9 FTE (36 hours/week). Eligible candidates will have a high school diploma, healthcare exposure, CPR certification, and PA clearances; phlebotomy and EKG skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements: High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Previous training or experience in a healthcare setting.
• Basic computer skills with ability to enter data on clinical screens.
• CPR certification.
• ACT 73 - PA State Clearances.

Responsibilities

• Provides age-appropriate care for the patient population served.
• Assists with patient care by preparing patients for exams and treatments.
• Sets up equipment and trays to assist physicians and PAs with procedures.
• Responds to trauma, stroke, and Code R activations to aid patient care.
• Maintains infection control practices and safety throughout care delivery.
