Job summary

NeueHealth in Minnesota is seeking an experienced eCW Business Systems Analyst to implement, support, optimize, and enhance our eClinicalWorks EHR and Practice Management systems. This role serves as a liaison between clinical, operational, revenue cycle, and technical teams to analyze business needs and document requirements.

The ideal candidate has strong healthcare operations knowledge, hands-on eCW experience, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years as a Business Systems Analyst or Healthcare IT Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks EHR/PM systems.
• Strong understanding of healthcare clinical workflows.
• Experience gathering requirements and documenting workflows.
• Knowledge of EHR configuration, testing, and end-user support.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and data privacy requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with clinicians, billing, IT, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary business analyst for eCW EHR and PM workflows.
• Collaborate with clinical, administrative, billing, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Evaluate workflows and recommend improvements using eCW features.
• Support configuration, maintenance, and optimization of eCW modules and forms.
• Analyze system issues and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and eCW support.
• Document specifications, workflows, test scripts, user stories, and business processes.
• Assist with system upgrades, patches, and new feature implementations.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and validate changes before production.
• Support data analysis, reporting, dashboards, and operational metrics with eCW tools.
