Community of Hope in Washington, DC is seeking an ECW Support Specialist to provide first- and second-line support for eCW across clinical, administrative, and billing teams. The role focuses on troubleshooting, education, and workflow optimization to maximize eCW effectiveness and ensure compliant, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years supporting an enterprise-class EHR, with at least 1 year on eClinicalWorks.
• Strong HIPAA knowledge and security practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for issues and requests related to eCW.
• Respond to end-user requests for issue resolution.
• Create and manage support tickets with eCW and vendors.
• Assist users with running standardized reports in eCW.
• Support reporting requests and escalate advanced needs.
• Communicate patient safety notifications and eCW advisories.
• Participate in workflow reviews with multiple departments.
• Provide feedback on usability and workflow improvements.
• Assist testing of patches, upgrades, interfaces, and enhancements.
