Job description

Provides comprehensive training and technical support to end-users.

Facilitates training sessions, assists with system upgrades and hot fixes.

Troubleshoots technical issues and ensures efficient utilization of EMR software.

Optimizes the EMR system's functionality and user experience.

Conducts group or individual training sessions to educate end-users (existing employees and new hires) on eCW functionalities, workflows, and best practices.

Develops and updates training materials, including user manuals, guides, and presentations.

Coordinates with all departments to implement documented workflows and provides training.

Provides guidance on system configuration, access rights, and security protocols.

Functions as EHREMR super user, performing admin tasks such as adding, deleting, or modifying employees, offices, visit note templates, letter templates, provider schedules, audit management, e-prescription setup (medications, pharmacies), creating custom reports, and other admin-related tasks.

Identifies opportunities to enhance user experience and streamline workflows within the EMR system, staying abreast of new functionality and system changes.

Acts as a liaison between clinical, front office, administrative, and informatics technology teams.

Develops strategies and best practices to incorporate into future information systems and policies.

Provides first-tier support.
