Responsibilities

• Lead venture financings from SAFEs to late-stage transactions.
• Advise growth companies from formation to exit.
• Structure and negotiate preferred stock financings.
• Counsel on corporate strategy and high-stakes transactions.
• Represent investors in portfolio investments.
• Manage transactions and mentor junior associates.
