The Role

This associate will advise both companies and investors on venture and growth equity financings, corporate governance, and complex transactional matters. The work includes drafting and negotiating NVCA-based and bespoke financing documents, advising on capitalization and governance, and collaborating closely with M&A, IP, tax, and regulatory teams on venture-backed transactions across technology, life sciences, biotech, and consumer sectors.
