A highly regarded corporate boutique is seeking junior and senior attorneys to join its thriving Emerging Companies & Venture Capital practice in Austin.

This group advises venture-backed companies, founders, and investors across the full lifecycle—from formation and early-stage financings to growth equity and exits—offering sophisticated work in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment. • Compensation: $250,000–$300,000+ base DOE, plus substantial quarterly and discretionary bonuses (top performers see significant upside tied to productivity) Productivity bonuses have ranged from $20-$150K for productive associates on an annual basis
• Role: ECVC Associate (1–3 years) or Senior Associate (5–8 years) with meaningful venture financings experience; senior hires may be considered for Senior Counsel track with clear partnership runway
