Job summary

UC Davis Health's ECT Coordinator/TMS Technician role supports the Electroconvulsive Therapy and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation programs. Working with physicians and staff, you will coordinate referrals, scheduling, and administrative tasks while providing hands-on TMS treatment per clinical protocols.

The position emphasizes accurate documentation, patient-centered care, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment within an academic health system.

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or equivalent.
• Completion of TMS machine training within 6 months of hire.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year healthcare experience, preferably in psychiatry.
• Experience administering Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS).
• Experience coordinating referrals, authorizations, and scheduling.
• Demonstrate basic computer skills and willingness to learn additional programs.
• Strong verbal and written communication to interact with hospital staff.
