Job summary

ERP International, LLC seeks a Program Manager/Early Childhood Special Educator (ECSE) for the EDIS program at Maxwell AFB, AL. This full-time role delivers comprehensive Early Intervention Services (EIS) for infants and toddlers 0–36 months with developmental delays, coordinating therapy services and family-centered care.

Responsibilities include program planning, data tracking in SNPMIS, reporting, and ensuring compliance with IDEA and DoD standards while supporting military families and DoD

Qualifications

Degree in Early Intervention/Early Childhood Education as required by IDEA.
24 months of direct ECSE experience in IDEA-related settings within the last 60 months.
Knowledge of IDEA, Part C requirements, and family-centered care principles.

Responsibilities

Provide SNPMIS-based data collection and reporting for EDIS.
Coordinate ECSE services (PT/OT/speech, education, counseling) for 0–36 months and their families.
Plan and administer all aspects of EDIS Early Intervention Services; ensure compliance with IDEA and DoD standards.
Collaborate with DDESS, DoD Schools, Family Advocacy, and other agencies to deliver comprehensive services.

Education

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in an accredited Early Childhood Education Program or related field
