Job summary

ERP International, LLC seeks an Occupational Therapist for a part-time role with the Education and Development Intervention Services (EDIS) at Maxwell AFB, AL. The OT will support eligible children and families in natural settings and participate in IFSP planning with the EDIS team.

The role emphasizes family-centered, evidence-based practice, development of treatment plans, and collaboration with military health and education staff. Telework may occur per contract; mostly on-site at Maxwell AFB.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program approved by AOTA.
• Experience with early intervention and family-centered practice preferred.
• Knowledge of IDEA requirements and least restrictive setting.
• Ability to coordinate and communicate with families, school personnel, and medical staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to eligible children and families.
• Participate in IFSP development and EDIS team meetings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and home programs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to promote functional outcomes.
• Document services and maintain care coordination across settings.
