Job summary

ERP International, LLC is seeking a Speech Pathologist to support the Education and Development Intervention Services (EDIS) program at Maxwell AFB, AL. The role is full-time and involves delivering comprehensive speech therapy services to eligible children and families in the natural setting and within the EDIS framework.

The position requires a Master’s degree in speech pathology, licensure, and CCC-SLP certification, with experience in IDEA/IFSP processes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in speech pathology or communication disorders.
• Experience: at least 24 months of full-time experience serving infants and toddlers with delays or disabilities.
• Licensure: current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a Speech Pathologist.
• Certification: CCC-SLP from ASHA.

Responsibilities

• Provide the full spectrum of speech therapy services per MTF privileging.
• Deliver services to eligible children and families in natural or least restrictive settings.
• Participate in screening infants and toddlers birth through two years to identify developmental delays.
• Develop IFSPs with family-centered goals and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate with EDIS team, families, and school-based or community providers to ensure continuity of care.
