Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Economics from an accredited institution; coursework aligned to course competencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction in mathematics courses at the Valdosta Campus and high schools within the service area.
• Prepare lesson plans for classroom and online instruction for credited arts and sciences courses.
• Develop program curriculum, syllabi, goals, and objectives; evaluate student progress.
• Prepare and maintain required documentation and administrative reports; attend professional development.
• Ensure safety and security requirements are met in the discipline area; meet with students and staff.
• Assist with recruitment, retention and job placement efforts.
