Responsibilities

Answer calls and resolve customer issues as part of a multi-county call center.
Provide case management to program participants and determine eligibility.
Enter information into eligibility systems and related computer programs.
Explain agency services, payments, client rights and responsibilities.
Maintain accurate case files and document appropriately.
Assist with referrals and coordinate with partner agencies.
