Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; experience with low-income individuals preferred.
• Associate degree or two years of college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview clients and process financial assistance applications.
• Coordinate eligibility determinations for programs including W-2, Medical Assistance, Food Stamps, and LIHEAP.
• Refer clients to additional programs to promote self-sufficiency.
• Document case information in CARES and maintain case records.
• Attend staff trainings and collaborate with other Human Services units.
