Job summary

Sauk County seeks an Economic Support Resource Specialist to assist with data gathering for eligibility in State and Federal programs. You will support Economic Support staff and handle intake tasks at the Department of Human Services.

Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 7:45 am to 4:30 pm, with potential additional hours and accommodations as needed. Prior office experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Provide Economic Support lobby and intake services at Sauk County Department of Human Services.
• Assist Economic Support staff to help manage workloads and gather client financial data.

Responsibilities

• Interview walk-in customers with CARES generated Notice of Decisions and verification forms.
• Update forms and posters for program notices and eligibility.
• Track and distribute Homeless mail and mail agreements.
• Cost of Living Adjustments/FPL Guide Sheets.
• Verify benefits for Energy Services.
