Qualifications

• Master’s degree or terminal degree in public administration, political science, education, finance, accounting, business management, higher education, or a closely related field.
• Experience in economic development is preferred.
• Ability to design, develop, and deliver training and professional development programs.
• Experience managing contracts, grants, budgets, and complex projects.
• Ability to collaborate with government officials and diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop curriculum and instructional materials, coordinate and deliver courses.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and participant outcomes; support learners across programs.
• Build and maintain partnerships with local/state government, economic development entities, and stakeholders.
