Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent and 5 years of professional experience.
• Experience with budget monitoring, financial reconciliation, contract administration, and procurement-related processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with clients, faculty, and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Independently and simultaneously develop and manage multiple, complex outreach and educational projects for contracted clients.
• Manage each program's training event's administrative requirements including budgeting, expenditure accountability, purchasing, reporting and evaluation.
• Enter and maintain data and reports for each program participant training records and update throughout the participant period of enrollment.
• Represent the organization at a range of statewide meetings and maintain relationships with diverse partners and clients.
