• Bachelor’s degree in business, economic development, public administration, or related field (or significant industry experience).
• 3+ years in economic development, business development, account management, small business programs, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison to local programs supporting existing industry, small business, and entrepreneurial programs.
• Identify growth opportunities, risks, workforce needs, infrastructure issues, or factors affecting company performance.
• Coordinate internal and partner resources such as grant programming to support businesses.
• Maintain strong working relationships with local partners.
• Input and maintain data in Salesforce and assist with RFP/RFI responses for recruitment projects.
