Ulta Beauty, a leading omnichannel retailer, seeks a Senior Manager, Ecommerce Transportation to own the carrier network, drive performance, and lead a three-analyst team. You will coordinate with IT, Store Operations, and Planning to implement new analytics and carrier partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 8+ years ecommerce transportation or omnichannel fulfilment operations experience with 3+ years in people leadership.
• Proven track record of developing people and leading cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing transportation team of three analysts with clear performance expectations.
• Own end-to-end carrier relationship management, including quarterly business reviews with national and regional carriers.
• Drive ship-from-store (SFS) network compliance and carrier pilot execution across 1,000+ locations.
• Partner with Process Owner to build carrier scorecards and weekly transport performance reviews.
• Manage carrier spend accountability, cost-per-shipment tracking, and invoice audit for the parcel spend portfolio.
• Interface with IT, Store Operations, and Supply Chain Planning on transportation initiatives.
