Turn5, Inc. is seeking an E-commerce Technical Project Manager to drive customer experience across our ecommerce sites. You will partner with E-commerce, IT, Research, UX, and Development to define projects, manage scope, timelines, and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3-5 years working with business and technical teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Previous software and web development experience.
• Experience with end-to-end product lifecycle.
• Direct experience with ecommerce platforms and related technology.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end technical ecommerce projects from scoping to post-launch analysis.
• Coordinate across development, IT, product, and UX/design to deliver on time and spec.
• Document requirements and user stories with clarity.
• Identify blockers early and resolve them through cross-functional alignment.
• Partner with stakeholders and analysis team to define success metrics and track performance post-launch.
• Serve as the connective tissue between internal departments and translate business needs into roadmaps.
• Maintain detailed timelines, dependencies, and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with Product Owner, analysts and manager to prioritize backlog based on data insights.
• Contribute to A/B testing strategy and feed learnings into the development cycle.
