Job summary

24 Seven Talent is seeking a junior to mid level E-commerce Project Manager for a full-time, hybrid onsite role three days a week. You will bridge technical and business teams to deliver high-quality projects across ecommerce platforms.

Responsibilities include defining requirements, managing timelines and budgets, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and driving continuous process improvements while partnering with product owners to manage backlogs and cross-functional delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in technology platforms/services
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Familiarity with data analytics and data engineering projects
• Understanding of the full software development lifecycle
• Comfortable reading pseudo-code and engaging in technical discussions
• Experience documenting technical requirements and rationale
• Proficient with tools like Microsoft 365, Lucidchart, Visio, Asana, Jira
• Experience working with ecommerce teams
• Understanding of roles within digital product teams
• Passion for building effective products, processes, and workflows

Our client, a growing name in the retail and e-commerce space is seeking a junior to mid level E-commerce Project Manager. This is a fulltime position that is hybrid onsite 3 days a week.

We’re looking for a Project Manager who can bridge the gap between both technical and non-technical teams and business stakeholders to drive projects forward with creativity and precision. This role is ideal for someone who loves understanding how systems work, thrives in collaborative environments, and takes pride in delivering high-quality results.

What You’ll Do

You’ll lead projects from initial concept through final delivery, managing relationships with key stakeholders and contributors throughout the journey. Beyond simply coordinating timelines and managing budgets, you’ll act as a creative thinker and problem-solver, helping to shape requests from the business into achievable technical solutions. Your day-to-day will involve juggling both quick-turnaround projects and longer‑term strategic initiatives. You’ll serve as a frontline quality assurance resource, catching issues before they become problems. Perhaps most importantly, you’ll help implement, model, and evolve our project management best practices, making the entire team more effective.

This role reports to the Project Management lead.

You Should Have

• Experience in a retail head office environment
• Familiarity with modern data platforms (such as Snowflake), SQL language and technologies, and data warehouse patterns

• Experience in a scrum master role
