We’re looking for an eCommerce Strategist to join our Customer Success team in a full-time role starting July 2025. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring our brands maximize the value of RetentionX. Your success is directly tied to customer satisfaction—from guiding them through onboarding to providing strategic insights that fuel their growth.
As aneCommerce Strategist, you will be the trusted partner for our brands, helping them seamlessly integrate RetentionX into their operations. You’ll be responsible for:
Building and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of global brands.
Guiding new brands through onboarding, ensuring a smooth start with RetentionX.
Providing ongoing training and strategic advice to help brands get the most out of our software.
Demonstrating our platform to potential new customers.
Identifying customer needs and challenges, proactively offering solutions.
Creating educational content such as Help Center articles, guides, case studies, and webinars.
Staying ahead of eCommerce and marketing trends to continuously expand your expertise.
2+ years of experience working for a direct-to-consumer brand.
Extensive familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem.
Experience working in any of the following industries: fashion/apparel, beauty, food & beverage, supplements, wellness, or pet products.
Background in roles such as eCommerce Manager, Retention Marketing Manager, Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Paid Media Manager or Growth Marketer.
Hands-on experience running marketing campaigns—from strategy to execution—is a big plus.
A proactive, self-motivated approach—you take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
An analytical mindset—you’re curious about data and understand the business impact behind the numbers.
Outstanding communication skills, with native fluency in American English.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a talent for building strong relationships.
Based in the United States, ideally in Florida or Texas.
Competitive salary of $80,000 USD per year.
