Job summary

Goodwill North Texas is seeking an Ecommerce Specialist to join the team in Sherman, TX. You will manage online listings for donated merchandise on ShopGoodwill.com, researching market values, photographing items, and setting competitive prices to maximize value and customer satisfaction.

The role requires attention to detail, fast-paced adaptability, and commitment to accurate inventory and timely shipping. Prior ecommerce or shipping experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

Attention to detail and accuracy in listing donated items.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Experience or ability to merchandise items online and optimize listings.
Ability to take clear product photos and write descriptions.
Ability to research market values for jewelry, collectibles, and specialty items.

Responsibilities

Execute ecommerce tasks and online merchandising for donated items.
Evaluate merchandise and set competitive prices.
Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor listings.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve order issues.
Coordinate packing and shipping with carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS).
Ensure timely and professional communication with customers.
