Zohorecruit is seeking an Ecommerce Specialist to launch and manage an online store for a US-based retail business. Work from home part-time, 12 PM - 4 PM EST, coordinating product listings, inventories, and dropshipping integrations while driving traffic and sales.

You will collaborate with MBV services, optimize listings on Shopify/Amazon/Walmart, analyze store analytics, and guide the client through technical setup via screen sharing. Fluent English required.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Ecommerce Specialist or Store Manager.
• Hands-on with uploading bulk products and optimizing listings.
• Experience with dropshipping integrations.
• Familiar with major platforms: Shopify, Amazon, Walmart.
• Strong English communication and self-starter.

Responsabilités

• Load and build out the online store from the ground up.
• Create, post, tag, and update product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and categories.
• Manage and update stock and inventory once products are live.
• Oversee the dropshipping integration to ensure orders and syncing work smoothly.
• Coordinate with MBV and use services in client package to avoid duplicates.
• Manage and coordinate listings across additional marketplaces the client uses.
• Monitor and report store analytics (best-sellers, location sales, traffic).
• Support marketing efforts to drive traffic and sales.
• Work live with client via screen share to guide setup and troubleshoot.

The client is a newly established online retail/e-commerce business

Job Description

• Load and build out the online store from the ground up
• Create, post, tag, and update product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and categories
• Manage and update stock and inventory once products are live
• Oversee the existing dropshipping integration to make sure orders and product syncing run smoothly
• Coordinate with My Business Venture (MBV) and use the services already included in the client's package to avoid duplicate work (social media/website)
• Manage and coordinate listings across the additional e-commerce platforms the client is signed up with
• Monitor and report on store analytics, such as best-selling products, sales by location, and traffic trends
• Support marketing efforts to drive traffic and sales to the store
• Work live with the client via screen share to walk through the store setup, troubleshoot, and provide guidance on the technical side
• Research and get familiar with the client's platforms, MBV package, and forwarded account information to come in prepared

Must Haves

• Experience as an E-commerce Specialist, Store Manager, or similar role
• Hands-on experience building and loading online stores, including bulk product uploads and listing optimization
• Experience with dropshipping models and supplier/warehouse integrations
• Working knowledge of major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Walmart Marketplace)
• Comfortable reading and reporting on e-commerce analytics
• Strong English communication skills
• Self-starter who can research independently and take ownership of getting the store fully operational

Nice to Haves

• Experience with My Business Venture (MBV) or similar e-commerce launch/coaching platforms
• E-commerce marketing experience, such as social media promotion, email campaigns, or paid ads
• SEO knowledge for product listings and store visibility

Home Office Requirements

• Perfectly working headset and webcam
• Stable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps ~ 50 Mbps
• Up to date computer system with a minimum of Windows 10 or later and macOS Monterey (12.0) or later
• Quiet room with no distractions or background noises
• A backup plan if the power goes out or if your internet connection becomes unstable during your shift
