Job summary

ExpertVoice is seeking a Technical Solutions Specialist to serve as a technical advisor and account partner for brands integrating and optimizing order tracking across their ecommerce platforms. The role involves working with brands to understand workflows, data requirements, and integrations, ensuring successful implementation and ongoing performance.

The TSS will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to deliver high‑quality tracking and value

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical account management, implementation, customer success, or related roles.
• Experience with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, BigCommerce, WooCommerce).
• Familiarity with APIs, data feeds, integrations, and tracking events.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical contact for clients implementing order tracking solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams.
• Translate client requirements into clear technical workflows and implementation plans.
• Troubleshoot integration issues related to order data, tracking events, and platform configuration.
• Document recurring issues and resolution paths to improve future implementations.
