REKO MARKET DIRECT is seeking an Ecommerce Technical Specialist to support clients with ecommerce integrations, troubleshoot cart connections, and ensure seamless data flow between systems.

You will work directly with clients, solving issues using APIs, plugins, and automation tools, while analyzing data in Excel/Google Sheets to generate reports. Proactive collaboration with internal teams will optimize onboarding and performance across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience with ecommerce platforms, especially Shopify and/or WooCommerce.
• Familiarity with cart integrations, plugins, and API workflows.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Basic HTML, logic/automation, or scripting knowledge (Shopify Flow, Zapier).
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Experience handling data files (imports/exports) in ecommerce or fulfillment settings.

Seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Ecommerce Technical Specialist to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting clients by managing ecommerce integrations, troubleshooting shopping cart connections, and ensuring seamless data flow between systems. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support ecommerce integrations, primarily with Shopify and WordPress/WooCommerce (experience with other shopping carts a plus).
• Assist clients in setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting shopping cart connections to our fulfillment software.
• Solve technical issues using plugins, APIs, and other creative solutions when direct integrations are unavailable.
• Work with data files (CSV, XML, etc.) to manipulate, format, and import/export between systems.
• Use Excel or similar tools to analyze data and generate reports for both internal use and client reporting.
• Utilize basic HTML/coding and automation tools (Shopify Flow experience preferred) to streamline processes.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing technical explanations and ecommerce insights in a clear, professional manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, troubleshooting, and performance improvements for client accounts.
