Job summary

ExpertVoice, Inc. is seeking a Technical Solutions Specialist to act as a technical advisor and account partner for brands integrating and optimizing order tracking across ecommerce platforms.

You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to deliver high-quality tracking, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for product enhancements. The role emphasizes strong technical capabilities, client relationship management, and the ability to

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical account management or related roles.
• Experience with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, BigCommerce, WooCommerce).
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, data mapping, reporting dashboards, tracking events, or data validation.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts, priorities, escalations, and projects.

Responsibilities

• Ecommerce Platform Integration: be the main technical contact for clients implementing order tracking solutions.
• Monitor and analyze order tracking performance; identify data gaps and issues.
• Provide technical guidance to clients and collaborate with Sales, CS, Product, Engineering, and Implementation.
• Contribute to product ideation and feature discovery based on client feedback.
• Maintain documentation of configurations, issues, and resolutions; support cross-functional handoffs.
