Job summary

Fourth Floor is seeking an Ecommerce & Site Operations Manager on a temporary basis in New York. The role focuses on DTC forecasting, reporting, and site operations, coordinating launches, promotions, and editorial calendars to drive revenue and growth.

You will lead cross-functional efforts, analyze performance data, and present actionable insights to executive leadership while closely collaborating with marketing, merchandising, and product teams.

Qualifications

• Shopify experience required.
• Experience in eCommerce, DTC, site operations or related.
• Strong understanding of forecasting, sales reporting and promotional planning.
• Ability to analyze performance and translate data into insights.
• Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Excel and reporting tools; ability to build/maintain complex reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage DTC revenue forecasting and adjust daily/weekly projections.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reporting highlighting drivers.
• Participate in SIOP meetings and communicate inventory risks and opportunities.
• Manage DTC promotional/editorial calendar including campaigns and site updates.
• Support major DTC sales events including planning, forecasting and readiness.
• Develop high-level sales insights and recommendations for leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional launches with forecasts, briefs, and CX comms.
• Oversee evergreen and smart sampling programs with the Assistant Manager.
