Job summary

Concord is seeking an Ecommerce Site Merchandising Assistant to own product setup, PDP optimization, and category execution. You’ll support the Ecommerce Site Merchandiser, coordinating across teams and vendors to ensure timely launches and accurate content for a high-quality online customer experience.

The role offers growing ownership, analytics, and strategic input, with a focus on data accuracy, site presentation, and performance insights that drive conversion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Retailing, Merchandising, Marketing, or related field.
• 2 years of ecommerce or retail experience (multi-channel preferred).
• Experience with ecommerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud/Demandware preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and across organizational levels.
• Analytical mindset with a desire to learn and improve key business metrics.
• Experience in beauty, cosmetics, personal care, health & wellness, or related retail sectors is a plus.

About The Role

The Ecommerce Site Merchandising Assistant is responsible for owning product setup, PDP optimization, and areas of category execution, while supporting the Ecommerce Site Merchandiser in strategy and site performance initiatives. This position requires strong communication & relationship-building skills, as it owns and manages cross-functional coordination and vendor communication to ensure timely, accurate product launches and updates. The position partners cross-functionally to ensure accurate, optimized product presentation and deliver a high-quality online customer experience that drives conversion. The role progressively increases in ownership, analytical responsibility, and strategic contribution.

Additional Information

• Compensation: $30- $40/hr W2 Hourly or $40 - $45/hr C2C.
• Location: Hybrid in Dallas, TX is preferred, but open to remote in the US.
• Employment time: temporary contract. 2-3 months.
• Requirements: must be authorized to work legally in the US without sponsorship, now or in the future.
