Job summary

You will analyze trends, create SKU plans, collaborate cross-functionally on pricing, imagery, and demand, and monitor reviews and performance to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years professional experience in a product development, sourcing and/or merchandising role.
• Self-directed with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Research existing product performance, market and customer trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop assortment strategies.
• Suggest product development needs, work with vendors to seek options and adjustments. In accordance with the Sales Plan, support direction to in-county contacts to gather samples.
• As samples are confirmed, work with cross functional partners to review of samples, features and benefits, compliance related issues, retail price, creative / brand positioning / needs, launch timing, etc.
• Work with Creative Services on imagery and content needs
• Research market & develop wholesale and retail pricing structures
• Execute Sku creation, suggest initial purchase qtys and drive to PO creation
• Consistently monitor Reviews, Ratings, by Key Account and Action by product / sub department.
• Assist in identifying skus to discontinue based on poor sales / margin performance
