Job summary

Optoma Technology is seeking a Retail & Ecommerce Presales Specialist to grow projector sales through retail and online channels. The role combines customer-facing sales support with hands-on ecommerce execution.

The ideal candidate will support account teams with product recommendations, sales materials, promotions, and performance analysis, while coordinating launches and campaigns with cross-functional teams. A bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of related sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of related sales experience in consumer electronics, retail, ecommerce, or channel sales.
• Direct knowledge of Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central or Amazon advertising is a plus.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for sales analysis and customer presentations.
• Familiarity with ecommerce, social media, and digital marketing.
• Clear communication, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple launches and requests.
• Projector or display industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support retail and ecommerce partners before the sale with product recommendations and presentations.
• Launch and maintain products on Amazon and other retail sites, including listings and content.
• Analyze sales, inventory, pricing, traffic and promotions to inform recommendations.
• Coordinate product launches and retailer requests with Sales, Product Management, Marketing and Operations.
• Develop sales training materials and communicate product benefits to partners and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing on digital campaigns and content that drive traffic to listings.
• Monitor competition and pricing to identify sales opportunities.
