Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area is seeking an Ecommerce Associate for its Donated Goods Retail division. You will support the ecommerce workflow from receipt of items to posting on ShopGoodwill.com, including item descriptions, photos, and inventory updates.

The role involves handling customer inquiries via email, assisting with shipping tasks, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Physical requirements apply, and the position is non-exempt.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of computer, antiques and collectibles helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist Ecommerce Manager with monitoring product flow and posting items to the ShopGoodwill site in line with goals and productivity standards.
• Receive and evaluate donated items, prepare item descriptions, photograph items and log inventories.
• Perform basic data entry by entering item descriptions into the catalog and downloading photos.
