ForceBrands is seeking an Ecomm Operations Manager to lead logistics and distribution strategy for a fast-growing health and wellness consumer brand with a strong e-commerce footprint. Fully remote in the U.S., you will oversee DTC, Amazon, and TikTok Shop fulfillment, manage 3PLs, and build scalable SOPs while driving efficiency and cost savings across the network.

• Experience supporting DTC or e-commerce operations with multi-channel fulfillment.
• Hands-on experience managing 3PL partners and warehouse operations.
• Ability to identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements.
• Familiarity with inventory reconciliation, controls, or month-end close processes.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on logistics and distribution experience, exposure to established operational processes, and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys both managing daily operations and building the infrastructure needed to support a growing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics and distribution operations across DTC, Amazon, and TikTok Shop, ensuring efficient inbound and outbound product movement.
• Manage third-party logistics (3PL) relationships across two warehouse locations, ensuring fulfillment accuracy, service levels, and cost efficiency.
• Lead and develop one direct report, providing day-to-day guidance and operational oversight.
• Evaluate existing logistics and distribution practices, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop scalable standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor logistics KPIs, including fulfillment accuracy, on-time delivery, transportation costs, and operational efficiency.
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives across freight, fulfillment, and distribution operations.
• Support month-end inventory reconciliation, inventory accuracy, and three-way-match invoice reconciliation in partnership with Accounting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with supply planning, retail logistics, and accounting to ensure efficient inventory movement and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in logistics, distribution, supply chain, or inventory management, ideally within consumer products, CPG, or e-commerce.
• Experience supporting DTC or e-commerce operations, with an understanding of fulfillment and distribution across multiple sales channels.
• Hands-on experience managing 3PL partners, warehouse operations, or outsourced fulfillment relationships.
• Experience identifying operational inefficiencies, implementing process improvements, and driving cost optimization.
• Exposure to inventory reconciliation, inventory controls, or month-end close processes; deeper financial reconciliation expertise is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and familiarity with inventory management or ERP systems.
• Experience working in a high-growth environment and/or within a medium-to-large organization with established operational processes.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing day-to-day execution with longer-term operational improvements.
• Proactive, adaptable, and excited to help build processes within a rapidly scaling business.
