Job summary

ShipCalm LLC in Pico Rivera, CA seeks a customer operations leader to own the full lifecycle of assigned customer profiles and drive cross-functional execution. You will coordinate across Warehouse, Digital Ops, Brand Ops, and Account Support to deliver scalable outcomes.

You will leverage dashboards and KPIs to identify root causes, present improvement plans to the Director of Brand Operations, and ensure timely, data-driven decisions that scale customer success.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Customer Operations or related fields.
• Experience with high-growth eCommerce brands preferred.
• Bachelor’s or coursework in SCM, logistics or business.
• Proficient with dashboards and operational reporting.

Responsibilities

• Owns full lifecycle management for assigned customer profiles.
• Develops and presents 2+ customer account improvement plans to leadership.
• Coordinates cross-functional efforts to resolve customer issues with clear ownership and timelines.
• Demonstrates judgment in escalation and engages right teams promptly.
