Job summary

AtSuperOrdinary is seeking an Ecommerce Coordinator to support the Ecommerce Manager and Brand Success team in daily operations across platforms like TikTok Shop and Amazon. You will help with order monitoring, customer experience, account health, integrations, reviews, and reporting while escalating complex issues to the Ecommerce Manager.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience in ecommerce, marketplace operations, customer service, or a related field.
• Amazon Seller Central and FBA experience is a plus.
• Experience with ecommerce customer service, order management, returns, refunds, or reviews preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day ecommerce operations across TikTok Shop and Shopify.
• Monitor storefronts, product listings, inventory, pricing, promotions, and account settings for accuracy.
• Assist with ecommerce account audits and identify issues that require attention.
• Maintain accurate trackers, documentation, and operational records.
• Escalate issues and risks to the Ecommerce Manager and Brand team.
