Slate Auto is seeking an eCommerce Merchandising Specialist to expand our accessory, wrap, and merchandise catalog. You will manage product content in Akeneo, coordinate assets, and publish new products on time with accuracy, partnering with digital, design, marketing, and product teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, marketing, merchandising, or related field.
• 3–5 years in ecommerce merchandising, catalog management, or product content operations.
• Experience owning a product category or end‑to‑end workstream with light oversight.
• Hands‑on experience in a PIM or CMS (Akeneo preferred).
• Comfort with variant-heavy catalogs across hard/soft goods (colorways, fitment).
• Strong SOP adherence and attention to data quality.

Responsibilities

• Execute the merchandising strategy across the ecommerce experience, ensuring consistent storytelling on every page.
• Maintain the accessory, wrap, and merchandise catalog in Akeneo and flag data gaps.
• Apply field-level standards for titles, attributes, and image specs.
• Gather catalog inputs with product managers for new launches.
• Own data entry, digital asset coordination, and live SKU launches.
• QA English and Spanish product content.
• Leverage AI to improve efficiency and output quality.
• Build/update product pages, collections, and placements for launches.
• Pull and report on product performance data and user engagement.
• Log site issues with actionable details for UX/engineering.
• Travel 5–10% for team and project work.
