Academy Sports + Outdoors is seeking a data-driven professional to help shape how customers discover, browse, and shop categories on Academy.com. You will partner with DMM, buying groups, Marketing, Merchandising, and Digital teams to optimize category presentation and promotional alignment.

You will analyze performance signals and coordinate a marketing calendar for enterprise and web initiatives, while managing site merchandising campaigns and reporting to improve the customer journey and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, IT, or related field.
3+ years of omnichannel or buying experience.
Strong navigation and site search management experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Excel and web analytics tools.

Responsabilités

Shape how customers discover, browse, and shop categories on Academy.com.
Coordinate with DMM, buying, Marketing, Merchandising and cross-functional groups.
Create and execute a marketing calendar for enterprise and web initiatives.
Manage site real estate merchandising campaigns along the customer journey.
Analyze site performance and provide practical recommendations to partners.
