Job summary

Sol de Janeiro in New York seeks a detail-oriented E-Commerce Merchandising Coordinator to shape how customers discover and shop our online store. You will partner with DTC, Marketing, Creative, and Paid Media to bring major moments to life on SolDeJaneiro.com and drive growth as we expand globally.

You will manage site navigation, product assortments, SEO, and day-to-day inventory with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2 years in e-commerce; beauty industry a plus.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and Shopify.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Clear, proactive communicator with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Shape site navigation, on-site search, and content.
• Maintain online product assortments to support trends.
• Review site daily; communicate technical solutions.
• Own day-to-day inventory with Supply and Inventory teams.
• Collaborate on site GTM needs with global teams.
• Maintain Product Page assets for Sol de Janeiro.com.
• Implement SEO recommendations and support email/paid teams.
• Coordinate asset workflows with paid media agency.
• Assist with paid media invoices tracking.
